At TPEG, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, courses, and resources. Because of the nature of digital content and immediate access, we maintain the following refund policies:
1. Digital Courses & Programs
Unless otherwise stated:

Refunds are not granted due to:

Change of mind

Failure to complete the program

Lack of participation

Inability to implement content

Personal circumstances
You receive instant access to digital content; therefore, refunds cannot be offered.
2. Coaching, Consulting & Strategy Services
Coaching sessions, consulting packages, and strategy calls are non-refundable.
If you miss a session, rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.
3. Payment Plans
By enrolling with a payment plan, you agree to:

Complete all scheduled payments

Not cancel payments to avoid obligations

Understand that missed payments may result in account suspension
Refunds are not provided for partial payment completion.
4. Thinkific / Kajabi / LMS Enrollments
Enrollment fees for online learning platforms are final.
If a course is upgraded, updated, or modified, no refunds or partial credits are issued.
5. Exceptions (If Applicable)
We may consider refunds ONLY if:

You were charged in error

Duplicate payment occurred

You purchased the same program twice accidentally
In such cases, documentation will be required.
6. Innovator Impact Grant Payments
Important clarification:

The Innovator Impact Grant funds are not paid to students

Funds are disbursed directly to third-party vendors

Students cannot request a refund of grant-funded services
-
Vendor disputes must be handled with the vendor directly
There are no refunds for any grant disbursement once processed.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will:

Result in immediate removal from all programs

Forfeit any future participation privileges
-
Cause revocation of certificates or grant eligibility
We will provide proof of access and service delivery to dispute the chargeback.
